I’m Hope Alcocer — a certified mental health coach, 2X author, speaker, and award-winning marketing strategist with 15 years of experience helping purpose-driven brands amplify their reach and connect with their audience through powerful storytelling.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with Fortune 500 companies, scrappy startups, and small-but-mighty businesses to bring bold ideas to life. Whether launching national campaigns or building brands from scratch, I blend creativity, analytics, and intuition to help clients grow with intention. (That combo earned me the nickname “the people’s manager” — a nod to my empathy, leadership, and obsession with clarity in communication.)
I’m also Headspace Certified (CMHC) and a graduate of the Positive Intelligence (PQ) program. My work as a mental health coach centers around helping women reclaim their stories, build confidence, and thrive through life’s biggest transitions — personally and professionally. I’m especially passionate about supporting female entrepreneurs, survivors, and changemakers.
A proud Armenian and lifelong writer, I use my voice and my platform to champion resilience, authenticity, and empowerment. Whether I’m on stage, behind the screen, or holding space for someone 1:1, I believe in meeting people where they are — and giving them the tools to take their next brave step.
Originally a Midwest girl, I bought a one-way ticket to NYC in my 20s over a decade ago and never looked back. These days, I live just outside Manhattan in NJ with my husband, our three bonus kids (part-time), two bunnies, and two pups. In August 2025, I became a mom to the most beautiful baby girl, Mia Joy. Sadly, she passed away two hours after birth.
