You might know me from my work in marketing or as a motivational speaker — but before any of that, I was someone who deeply believed in the power of mindset, healing, and resilience. After navigating my own chapters of grief, infertility, relationship struggles, and trauma, I realized how many people are just trying to hold it all together without the right kind of support.
That’s why I became a certified mental health coach. To help others reclaim calm, confidence, and direction — and to bridge the gap between wanting change and actually making it.

I’m a certified Mental Health Coach trained through the Headspace Coaching Program — a rigorous, psychology-backed program designed and overseen by licensed psychologists, therapists, and nationally certified coaches. I’m also trained in Positive Intelligence (PQ), which adds a unique mental fitness lens to our work.
My coaching is action-oriented, grounded in empathy, and tailored to help you build the habits, mindset, and boundaries that support real change.

I offer sliding scale options to make this support more accessible. Whether you prefer weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions, we’ll find a rhythm that works for you. Every client begins with an intake and coaching agreement so we can build a safe, structured, and supportive space together.
